Inquiry form

A basic form for enclosing when writing to family members for information. Please be patient and verify all information that is sent to you in this way- family memories can be vague to say the least and sometimes have only the slightest connection with fact. Always include a letter saying why you are doing this. Older family members don't always like the idea of people, even the extended family, prying and enclose a stamped addressed envelope or the equivelant for your reply

Family Tree/Siblings A useful tree, not only giving parents, grandparents and great grandparents but also allowing you to include siblings for each generation. You can also add a number and continue the generations. I've been looking for a tree for years to do this, so decided to do one myself and include it with the forms for all to use as a good general working sheet
Add your main line closest to the marriage symbol, this allows you to add some/all siblings of the parents, grandparents etc.
Very useful when taking information from one source to another.
