Newsletter October 20 2006
--------------------------------------------------------------------
There have been quite a few additional pages this month, therefore, I'm sending out an additional newsletter.
Additions from 10th October 2006
1. St John's Methodist Chapel, Osset - Memorial and a selection of headstones
2. Wesley St Cemetery War Memorial. A small cemetery which is the home to a wooden cross set in mound of stones.
3. Altofts, Ferrybridge and Rhyill War Memorials are on the website with additional information will be included shortly.
4. Chapel Hill, Morley. A few of the remaining visible headstones in this once busy churchyard. Many of the headstones have been covered by years of dust, soil and decaying vegetation and not helped by the recent clean up !
5. The small village of Beal has a very simple war memorial to the few men from the village who died in both World Wars.
6. Belgium, the CWGC cemetery - Poperinghe New Military Cemetery a selection of images from the many in this cemetery.
7. Finally, as well as the 'Whats New' web page and this newsletter sent to those wishing to be updated by email, I have now started a 'BLOG'. The blog will take you through the high and the low moments of how I get information to you, the website viewers.
You will hear about the times I get caught in the rain, when I fall in the brambles in a local churchyard and have to be pulled out - but I did get a good photo. You will also hear about my own family tree - when I get stuck, what I find and how. Basically, its a way of you getting to know me in a cyberspace sort of way.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Regards to you all
Carol
