I seem to have been tied up with a few large projects since my last newsletter and must apologies for not transcribing and adding information that is reasonably small by comparison.

But since the 7th of May, my last communication with you a few things have been added or changed with may interest you.

Firstly, the Gen Blog has changed server or should I say changed rooms. To be more specific, I do some of my own hosting or should I say my husband and son run my servers for me and they have been moved from my office to another room. It is strange when I go into my 'office' that the room is very, very quiet and cooler than it used to be. In the change over some of the entries were lost in cyberspace - thats what happens when you store blogs, data etc on a hard-drive. But the blog is up and running again and normal service has been resumed.

Cd's - new additions - The Roll of Honour, Roll and information about those who fought and stayed at home in the Spenborough area. The book is fascinating and contains over 100 pages of names from the Spenborough area.

I am gradually amassing a great number of War Memorials which will be added to either www.wakefieldfhs.org.uk or www.genealogyjunction.org.uk depending on which part of the country they are in.
