Things have been a little hectic over the summer months, I've been out on collecting trips - you know photographing headstones, memorials and the like. There is such a lot for me to do that there are not enough hours in the day.

If you've been visiting the Blog and Whats New on www.wakefieldfhs.org.uk you will know what has been gathered over the past few months.

But for those of you who wait for this news update the following has been added and / or updated.

Firstly, a new image to the pages is being worked on and that will be added when ready.

7 Jul 2007 Cd's - new additions to the CD sales - The Roll of Honour, Roll and information about those who fought and stayed at home in the Spenborough area. The book is fascinating and contains over 100 pages of names from the Spenborough area.

6 Jul 2007 Silcoates School War Memorials for WWI and WWII
